Community involvement is an active aspect of Creative Living and is crucial to our ongoing success. What can you do to help?

Volunteer Opportunities

• GetAway Weekends ... volunteer for an occasional Saturday afternoon to join our staff and guests on an outing
• C.L.I.P. (Creative Living Independence Project)...commit to one evening per week for six weeks to help the instructor with the class
• Social Club ... take a leadership role or be part of the group to expand this very popular program
• GOT BOOKS? ... bring any unwanted books, CDs, video cassettes, encyclopedias and tapes to our GOT BOOKS? dumpster
• Got Hobbies? ... knitting, quilting, cooking, scrapbook, model building ... share your talents with our CLIP students
• Adopt us! ... have your business or community group support our efforts. On-going work includes:
  • seasonal installation/removal of air conditioners
  • spring/fall yard clean-up
  • power washing house
  • painting of house trim
  • staining of decks
  • participation in events and fundraisers
  • sharing your skills with our CLIP students
  • serve on our Board of Directors
